I am not quite sure why everyone uses 4981 when its not an official release, yet the 4983 is a new official release.

Is there something i'm not getting? I use both on my ICE chip, only difference is i switched my colours around to mess em up.

you cant edit the animation or colors on intro on 4983.....   4981 on the other hand is fully customizable.... change flubber... and X logo and text.... thats pretty much the only difference....

After doing some research, i've read that the 4983 is Encrypted. Which makes it not possibile to edit.

Thanks for the help
