Btw slayers DID NOT BOOT.  I'm going to ftp into my xbox using the gamesave uploaded to my memory card aquired by uploading from my friends modded xbox.  
PLEASE TELL ME THE EASIEST APPROACH TO REPAIR THE MSDASH ONCE I LOAD THE EXPLOIT OFF MY *MEMORY CARD TO FTP IN.

Exactly correct but this isn't what I was trying to say.  Read below and I'm sorry if i'm confusing you.

As for slayers I downloaded the torrent from xbins I burned the iso onto the dvd like I always did and nothing.  It did not boot.  This is probobly because I deleted my fonts folder (I don't know).

EDIT:  Btw somebody mentioned the eeprom helping me.  Well I did back up the eeprom and everything.
here are the list of files I backed up.

1.)bios.bin
2.)disk.bin
3.)eeprom.bin
4.)hddinfo.txt
5.)hddkey.bin

From what I understand this may help me?

If this is a good thing and could possibly help me out let me know.
And have some patience with me.  Please know that I'm not intentionally pissin you guys off and I do appreciate the help.

Well if you got the eeprom.. You could get xboxhdm and slayers.. Take the stock C files off of slayer.
There in System/all/c.

The use them to make a xboxhdm disk and dont forget to put eeprom.bin in the eeprom folder.
Then hook xbox hd up to pcs master ide and startup pc with xboxhdm in drive. (set pc to boot from cdrom)
now it should have booted your xboxhdm disk. And you can rebuild the C: drive

Also if you want to softmod it check out ndure for pc or uxe for xboxhdm that away youll build a softmodded drive.

I didn't delete one damn file off the c drive.  I only deleted things off the e drive before it fuxored.
Will this still work?

Yeah it should do the trick I made a little guide Found here if you want to softmod it you could check out the links for Ndure for pc And UXE for xboxhdm.

And when you deleted files from E: did you delete a dash or dashboard  folder? that mite be the problem.But I dunno.

I deleted everything besides udata tdata and something else possibly.  the importants i know i deleted were the fonts folder and the biold folder (after i deleted the biold folder it fuxored).  So ya I'm a tard.  Well I've actually gone through xboxhdm before in the past as that's how i've got a bigger hard drive so it should be a breeze.  I'm just hoping it's the right eeprom or it won't unlock my drive (which would suck ass.)

1 last question

Should I also dump the e partition contents from Slayers onto Xboxhdm?  I don't think I'll need to even if I did happen to delete udata or tdata as there's no files inside the folders from Slayers.

Alright well I ran into another problem.  I configed kingroach's ndure installer for Xboxhdm I ran the script I used option 2 which was pretty much "erase everything on c and replace with kingroach's softmod".  According to the script everything went fine.  

Problem is I lock my hard drive and when I boot up my Xbox all I get is the MS dash.....evox doesn't pop up or nothing.

or tell me what I should check when configuring kingroach's Xboxhdm installer I'd appreciate it by far.
I have a 4034 Kernal.  I'd like to have it configured that when I hit the eject button it turns off my softmod so I can access Live.  
And since I'm extremely familiar with Xboxhdm and so are you I thought you may be able to help me configure what Options should be checked and what shouldn't be checked in KingRoach's Pc installer.
Perhaps take a screenshot of the installer showing the options that should be checked, host it on imageshack, and post it here.

Or somebody else can help.....I don't know what the hell is goin on.  If the script said that it installed it correctly
1.......2.......3.....successfull.  I don't understand why It's not working.
I obviousely did something wrong.  That's a no brainer, I'd love to troubleshoot myself.  But frankly it's impossible cause I'm stumped.  I did everything directed in the instructions.  
The only thing I can think of is I didn't check a box correctly with kingroach's installer.  
So I'm posting these pictures so you guys can tell me where I messed up.

I couldn't fit all the settings in one picture so everything that is checked is read from up to down in kingroach's installer

Re. the installer settings you posted, they would work but I'd recommend unchecking the xonlinedash console options.  That's because:
(i) it's easy to enable later if required (by just having a file named boot1.bin in /E/ when it's needed);
(ii) the UDDAE could then more usefully be used to boot the softmod from the retail dash.
