Mortal Kombat Wont Work!

hey guyz,

i havnt had a problem with xbox games booting up in the past but the new mortal kombat deception just wont load properly! it works fine on my m8s, is my BIOS out of date or something??? if it is then how do i update my BIOS??? thanks
