Soft modded my xbox the other day with the 007 SID2 exploit (yea i see i should have used better) anyway it worked just fine, Backed up the Eprom and drive on the E drive..

Decided to put in the A.I.D disk and follow the instructions it came with, at which point it said format drive, which i proceeded to do, however i didn't see a conformation it had formatted so i thought nothing of it.. I proceeded to install the other dashbords under (soft)  Then the apps.  Then Emulators.. Upon completion i turned the xbox off it rebooted in the Avalaunch dash board and i placed a audio cd inside, and it froze...

I rebooted the xbox and now all i get is a Error 13 message, though i can play games just fine, and save to the HD as well, though i can think of no way to run the game save exploit again because its sitting on my memory card and the is no dash to transfer it from.

As I have been doing some reading i  think my only answer is to,  Build a Xiso with the C:\ from my old Slayers disk and place it in the folder and run the rebuild option .. However i dont have my eprom data and im concerned about messing up my drive and not playing anything..  Can anyone help steer me to the right direction

Hotswap or get a modchip, since you didn't backup your important files.

ok i think i have this correct now.

I built a iso with xboxhdm, and in the C Folder i Added the default dash from Slayers installer, Then i added the UXEDM 1.2 exploit in the linux iso folder. Made the iso....

I plan on unhooking the DVD Drive on the xbox and get the error 12, hot swap the drive to my pc, @ this point i get a little fuzzy.. If I chose to rebuild the C: and i didnt save the EEmprom will it boot back up...  Or do i take the files for C out of the iso and Just use the UXEDM 1.2 exploit to load Evox and try to get my EEprom and hopefully add my M$ dash back ?
