I don't think it will ever be made to use with any thing other than its original chip, infact I am quite sure of it, but if Jesus can walk on water then hey who knows.
If you aready have a modded xbox working good, then maybe you are better off just leaving it alone, unless you absolutley need these features, or you need the super uber coolness.
If you need it than just buy, they are great chips, both xenium and smart-xx, xbox-scene has links to some very good dealers
