Dragoncaster,

I'd love to help, however I'm not sure mine's fully functional. I still need help with my problem... is it as simple as I need to acquire a new xboxdash.xbe?

Thanks,

Thanks to everyone for your help.

I found the solution!

This is how I did it:

1) -*-Made sure network cable was unplugged-*-
2) Booted up EvoX (modchip on)
3) Stuck Halo 2 in the drive and pressed Launch DVD
(I would think that any Xbox Live enabled game would work)
4) In Halo 2 I went to Xbox Live
5) Halo 2 copied over files and when it was done it said it had a connection error
6) I just pressed Yes or Ok for anything I saw until I was returned to the EvoX dashboard (you may return to your game's' menu)
7) Turned off Xbox
8) Turned modchip off
9) Booted up working MS Dashboard

I'm not sure if this works if you already have Live installed on your Dash... whatever the case, give it a shot... it's easy enough!
