Hey I'm trying to customize the intro animations and shit on Xbox boot, but I'm having problems with one thing. I made my own custom Xbox text with 3dsmax, then converted it to a DirectX model format, named it text.x, placed it on my Xbox C: drive, and edited the ind-bios.cfg to tell it to use custom Xbox Text. When I start up the Xbox, it is still same old Xbox text. I am able to change the Xbox logo no prob, but this text.x thing is being a bitch. Am I even using the right name? Isn't there a way to specify what filename to use?
