I have a v1.3 xbox with an X-Chip installed, using the newest Evox dashboard. Well everytime I try to use the Evolution X-Chip Bios (v1.1 or v1.2), it will hang somewhere in the dashboard or in the beginning of a game somewhere. I know its the bios because when I use Evox M8 bios, it never ever does this.
BUT, while using M8, once I start the XBOX I better not shut it off until I'm done playing because it won't start back up. It will act like its booting up by the Eject flashing green for a short duration (1 second) but then shut down for 1 second. It will start-stop-start-stop-start... then flash green/red. This whole time the screen is blank.
I first thought that this was an overheating problem but it never does this when using the X-Chip bios. If I let it sit for about an hour, its usually fine again.
