Installed everything fine, and I was under the impression that all I need to do was acquire the latest version of DVD2XBOX (0.5.9) to be able to put movies/games on by box...but it seems that I am trying to flash it wrong, because it keeps saying the files wont fit...plz help.

Another thing, I installed M8 (the correct one) and when I launch it from whatever my default browser is, all it does is put a little Evox upsidown triangle in the top corner...wtf?  Help
