I can't get Evox M(7/8) or X2 498(0/1/2/3) to boot from TATXDD/CPX1.03/GueuxV2 debug bios.
After the boot animation it sits at a black screen.
I have properly packed the bioses with the BFM 2bl from the debug bioses and with the dbg RC4 key to make a 1mb image. I know this because doing this incorrectly results in a freeze halfway through the boot animation. After making the image, I placed it on E:\xboxrom.bin and attempted to boot.
In all cases with the above mentioned bioses, it sits at a black screen after the boot animation. Trying the same exact procedure with X2 4977 works beautifully.
Any ideas as to what the problem is with these newer bioses and why they won't BFM from a debug bios?
