Is There A Simple Way To Flash My Bios?

I just got an X2.6+ on a v1 motherboard.
The chip comes pre flashed with the newest Cromwell bios.
Why should I put a diff bios on, like say Evox M7 (cuz m8 doesnt work with v1 mobo's)

And most importantly, HOW IN THE HELL do you flahs your bios???? WITHOUT putting any extra programs/apps on my xbox...
Can I just put the files bin file onto a cdrw and pop it in the tray and restart?
Can someone point me in the direction of a SIMPLE tutorial?
