Upgrading Bios

Uh can you use Xbtools or something else to upgrade my Bios to 4981 or do i need to do that Bios CD thing, but i heard you could only do that once...

No what i mean is i have an older version of bios and i want to know if i can put 4981 on over it everything works fine and i can boot into Evox i just wnat it so i don't get banned from live again...

Well im probably going to use that FlashX, haha sounds a little easier, is it an xbox program or a Computer program?

Xbox program. but you will still need to edit the bios in xbtool to boot to the right .xbe and also upload bios to a folder on the c, e, or f, partitions named "bios" with your bios in that folder.
