With the top "xbox live hack" they mean they will not make a bios that allows you to go on Xbox LIVE with backups.
With the bottom "Xbox LIVE Block" they mean a system that will block the xbox to access the live servers (like on the latest X2 bioses). This is useful if you accidentally connect to XLive with your modchip on or if MS implements later on a system that connects auto without you knowing it.

Your video is about changing the xbox text.
I am speaking of the big X after the flubber (above the xbox text).

configurator isn't very user friendly, that hex shit means nothing to me and it won't import presets from xbtool keep getting some error

Double click the hex box for a standard colour picker.

This bios looks AWESOME.  (haven't had a chance to flash yet, but it should all go great.)  My only suggestion would be to add a part in the config file where you can change the button combinations to IGR.  This would be useful for me because I have some really gay friends who think its fun to reset the game during LAN parties.  I made the mistake of telling him and so I would love it if you guys would make the IGR where the button combo could be changed.

A truly great BIOS! I love it! It's so easy to configure and use!

My only gripe is that I have to do my colours in another program then pull the hex over to my configuration. Could you incorporate sliders or a colour picker or something? That would be polish on an already awesome BIOS and config kit.
