I've been getting mixed views on how to flash the m8 bios to a 2.3b lite. I've already established that a way to do it is flash the chip on a v.1.5 board or below and swap it to the 1.6 but it's after that where I have the problem. Should I use the bios manager on my pc to make a 512kb bios file out of the m8 or should I leave it 256kb? Should I flash to bank 1, bank 2, or both or should I flash one thing to one bank and another to the other bank? as of now I have flashed a 512 kb m8 bios to bank one and swapped the chip but I get a frag. hardware wise everything is fine so that is why I believe the problem lies with the bios. any help would be great.
