update: i've got the evox 3935 dashboard installed and working, but i still can't load games/other apps.  anyone?

boot the bios from the 2nd bank.

so flash the 2nd bank with the bios, this has been a problem with the x2 chips, xecuter even had to rearrange their bios for the last release to get it to work on their chip.  Flash and boot the bios from the 2nd bank and watch the problem go away.

now you might want to reflash the non working bank with the flashbios incase you need it for some reason later...
