To all intents and purposes M7 does everything any other, more modern, BIOS can do.
Xecuter 4983 has a neat application that can be used to switch on/off IGR, reset on eject and a couple of other things which is why I use it primarily. Otherwise, stick with what works or consider the newer M8 but only if you modify it with EVtool, and are aware of the fact that it has no eject fix as of yet.
