No. You have flash the normal cromwell to your chip, not flashx. You will have to install Gentoox (think that can work with cromwell) and use the included Raincoat to flash it.

hmmm imma try that....your the second person who suggested that
well until saturday i cant download it...i have 56k right now
so...
the other problem i have is...
when i turn off chip...the xbox loads to the dash for a split second and goes back to the X logo screen...then it loads up the dash and then goes back to the X again
it keeps repeating forever
i might be because i installed the font exploit before installing the chip
i put in a game and it still does the same
im just wondering if i wait 10 minutes it the hd would slow down and ill restore it...

Cant you flash Cromwell with OzXbios

http://www.ozxodus.c...wdownload&cid=5

That might work.

This will work like flashx I think.

ok i made a CD of the OsXchip bios thing you guys suggested:
-dummy file(100mb)
-BIOS.BIN (xecutor 4983.06)
-OzXBios_2.12dev.xbe

so ok i booted up with chip off and i get the clock loop thing
so i boot it with chip on and i still get the cannot find linuxboot.cfg

so...back to the gentoox...how do i get the gentoox working?
