4983 isn't supported by xbtool cause part of it is encrypted. so currently, there's no way to modify that.

you can modify that. To prevent it from performing the animation on startup simply unpack using xbtool. Then you a hex editor on the xboxkrnl.img file and replace the values at 5b622 and 5b623 with 90 and then just repack it using xbtool and your done

edit: forgot to add that those offsets are for 4983.06

 Hmm, you may be right but to me it's a lot of work because I never used a hex editor before.
