Will current X2 owners be able to use the new X3 bios on our X2 chips?

right now it could go either way, but the fact will remain that xecuter will continue to support the xecuter2, esp if they go through with some of the ideas that have been shared with me

Does that mean that there may be more absolutely, positively the last, X2 bioses? ;)  ;)  ;)

the only reason they did the last one was because they said they would release the bug fix for the other and didn't then got cought up in other things (such as x3 bios) by the time they remembered the bug fix it had already been done (by me and by nght_shd (and a few others too i suppose)) so xecuter couldn't do what was already done for them so they added more

anyway i will not comment any more on the above

I would just like to point out the extreme irony intended by my remark!
Personally, I think it will be great if there are new bioses that will work with X2 chips, whether the bios is called X2 or X3. I applaud you and the support staff who continue to improve the bios situation.
I only hope any future bios is 256k so that I can use it! :)
