Ok I was wondering how do you change the animation ( the floating orb) to something else I have another boot video I downloaded but how do I use it?

I'm not a newb I just don't do much of this hacking, I'm more into hacking programs and writing them.

It is not a simple task by far.. its not simply a video in the bios, its a mathamtical model computed 'on the fly' when the xbox turns on.  Making small changes (colors, radius, distortion of the blob) is someone easy, but replacing the entire ani, eh.. :/

I know it's not easy but I think I will try.  Do you know of anywhere with a tutorial on doing this?

he asked how to change the flubber to something else, not just edit the colors of the current flubber.
