Mac Address Changes?

Every time i boot my xbox or load a program the MAC address changes and gets assigned another IP address from my router...It is really annoying trying to FTP into it cause i gotta figure out the IP adress every time....

Anybody got any clues as to what is going on??? I dont even know what forum to post this in becasue I changed the BIOS and it still happens....

Maybe something wrong with the eeprom?

Your MAC address won't change.

But if for some reason your IP address is changing, and you can't assign an IP address to the Xbox in your router, then just change the Xbox IP address to static.  Simple as that.
