Possible To Flash Banks Over Ftp ?

if you have one bios allready up and running and you can avalaunch or Evox and ftp to your xbox. Is there any soft like X2biosmanager to flash single banks  over FTP ?

When you FTP, you are FTPing to the hard drive, not the BIOS banks.

To use X2BM you have to be connected via the LPT port.

What chip do you have? If it is a pro, all you need is to plug in to the provided LPT output.

the x3 will be able to not only flash from ftp, but from http as shown in the pictures recently released

If you have EvoX why would you want to flash over an FTP?  Just use EvoX

the xenium can flash from ftp, all you do is ftp the bios and hit flash from hd, but i'm sure the x3 will have that option.

Only the SmartXX chip supports this currently (except it uses a HTTP server not an FTP server), and supposedly the Xecuter 3 will support this also. Otherwise, just ftp the bios to your HDD and use Evox or FlashX.

Probably because it is one of the least stable methods of flashing.

FlashX is MUCH more effective, especialy since Evox can't flash individual banks.

I dont get this.  When I use EvoX on my 2.3B Pro if flashs whatever bank the dips are set to.  It flashes individual banks for me.

If i understand correctly it is possible to flash from evox if i set a bank after boot (?) and then flash it over evox. Well thats the point I do not dare as last time i flashed, it erased the bank but did not write had to restart and was happy  to have other banks with older bioses. I realized that pin 4 was off all others on so i hope it was because of this.
