G'day, i seem to be in a bit of a problem. I have succesfully modified two Xbox with Aladdin Advance V64. The boxes work perfectly. They play backups, FTP, Evox ect. We will not be using Xbox Live. Now my problem is that several other friends want their xbox's to be modded, but they want to use xbox live. This is what i did with my xbox, will it work with Live?
Solder mod without strapping the two points on the Ankhara manual. I don't know if the boxes are V1.5 or not. (the Tv out chipset IS marked with "focus".) Press the "on" button until it flashes several times very quickly. Start up Evox build 3935 and flash the bios with M7 EF bios.
This is what i did with my xbox. It works perfectly, but will it work on xbox Live, or will the BIOS be picked up (pressing the "on" button quickly.)
GRRRRR. I just don't know enough about the Bios. If any part of the question makes sense to anyone i would be XTREMELY greatful for help!
(All solder points on the Aladdin have been made, but the two points on the LPC points were not soldered. The ones going to the ground and to the pad just below the LPC points.)
