edit: 1st bug i found => I think this version doesn't report the size pb !

TO DO:
- See on the screen the logo in the bios and the new loaded logo
- I think i have found a way to avoid the size pb ( ie lowering the number of color from 4 bits/pixel to 1 bit/pixel bit by bit)
- Improve the GUI ( add a nice logo in the top   )
- Add a dialog for the output bios ( dialog like for opening logo & bios )

strange...3 people are saying the same pb, but i can't recreate the problem.
When you see the error, do you see the temp directory ? is the xboxkrnl.img file inside ?

The only difficult things were to find how logo is encoded in the bios...

i'm not sure why this happened but i was changing a bios to white bg all the way through so i decided that my image should be white background and black lettering, the background was a slightly darker shade of white (i could fix that by making my logo transparent) but the top of the logo had at least 2 pixels in height that were still black.  i made my logo 100x17, but is it possible that the logo is actually 100x19?  thus giving me some black space at the top still?

Why people like white background ? i really don't like that
