What The Hell Is My Xbox Doing

need help with X2 4977 bios every time i turn my xbox on i get the cromwell screen no mater what i do it has flashed the bios about 4000 times now but wont go past that screen I have a X2 lite plus and ever time my box turns itself off ill change the bank to see if it will boot, have tryed switching it to protect aswell still the same screen only this time it will say bios invailed halting help

Obviously you're not flashing it right.

How big was the bios you flashed to it. 1mb?

its 256k and i used that XECUTER2 BIOS MANAGER v2 to copy it but it wouldn't copy to bank 2 in the prog is this the prob???

your bin file should be 512 or 1024 kb made.

and use x2bm v1.1
better not, make a 512 bios and keep cromwell.

Definately use a 512mb one.  Cromwell is good to keep.
