Eurasia Pro Generic Flash Disc

i recently screwed up my xbox by loading on the cromwell clean 2.2b bios. i want my original or something that lets me at least play games. i downloaded the eurasia pro generic flash disc to help me but then when i burnt it, it came up with

"append init=/linuxrc root=/dev/ram0 pci=biosirq kbd-reset, error -4, halting"

what i need to know is what it means and how to fix it.......thanks. ;)

hey does anyone wanna help out........ever since i started talking in this forum i have had no such help......i have one reply in all my life here as a member.....and even that was a question not an actuall answer to help me..........CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME!!!!!! i'm begging for help. i can't take much longer without an xbox to play on. :(
