Copying Cromwell Over To Xbox

I am new at using Linux.
I have disabled write protection on the motherboard.
I have a remote computer that is setup as an FTP server
I telnet to Xbox and login
I can get to the directory structure

What command do I need to use to download the Cromwell bin file to the xbox?

Do I use
get -a 192.168.0.5 cromwell.bin ???

I am new can anyone suggest a method to copy the Cromwell bin and where does that cromwell bin need to be stored on the xbox?

Do I have to copy over the raincoat files or does the xbox already have raincoat.
