I have a v1.1 box and a matrix chip that i have been running for months, once in a blue moon when i turned my box on it would turn on and off 3 times then i get the green/red flashing.
now i have not clue why this works but this is how i would fix it: open my box up pull out the hard drive & dvd... wiggle the chip a bit and thats all it would take. everything would be back to normal
But its began happening ALOT more and became harder to fix (more playing around) so i decided to solder my matrix chip on and have it hang externaly.
when i boot up in "test" mode i get the flashing green light on the chip BUT when i turn the chip on and boot my box i get the 3 boot attemps followed by the red/green flashing lights on my box?
i check my soldering job and it looks perfect, i am running the M7 bios and cant figure out whats going on?
the reason i am posting this in the bios section is beacuse i did notice that depending on the bios i was running it seemed to happen less or more (depending on the version). nut now i cant get any version to run.
