I just want to clarify a couple of things with xbtool. I can load a bios file into xbtool and change colors and stuff and then save. Do I make a biosflash cd with this modified bios and unprotect my bios via switch and just put the new bios disk in? Is it safe to reflash over and over again to get what I want?

I understand you can just put the file in the evox ini and tell it to reflash. Can someone point me to a tutorial on this method?

you can use xbtool to do all of this, yes. and save it as the file name of your choosing.

if you allready have a hacked bios, you can use evox or flashx to flash your chip.

i use flashx its made by team xecuter and it is optimized to work with xecuter modchips.

ftp your newly created bin in /c/Bios/

Add the following to your evox.ini menu:

with 3935 i've always used ID_Flash_Bios and with older versions I used the @1. Not sure what version the formatting changed but if you have the latest evox you should be fine using ID_etc..
