Xbox Video Is Jacked Up
« on: February 28, 2004, 07:50:00 AM »

I got a MAJOR video problem, I got a used XBOX from a friend to modify. Which worked fine, I even let it run over night to see if it would die or something.
The kernal was a little strange, becuase when I went to system in the settings menu it did not show a kernal version. When I opened the XBOX up I found the Kernal version on the boards sticker which read 3944.

Anyway, I soldered the two jumpers for TSOP flashing, I plugged the XBOX back up and I get this:

The video is jacked up, I didnt do anything out of the ordinary. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

It is an XBOX 1.0 or 1.1;
and has the conextant chip;
a Thomson DVD and WD HDD
