What Dev Bios Should I Use That Don't Read The Eep

hey, I have a problem cause my xbox mobo got fucked up so I had to order a new mobo and hdd combo from llamma.com
And I want to get all my game saves from the previous hdd. And I know dev bioses don't read the eeprom or something around those lines and it would be able to boot and let me get the saves and such..
So does anyone know which one do this?
