Go into the MS Dash, and set the date to a proper one. (If you leave your box unplugged for a bit when using a mod, it'll set the year of your xbox to 8907 or somethin like that, which causes some games not to load...)

I have EvoX configured to use my NTP server, so that isn't the problem.  I did go into MSDash just to verify and it looked fine.

Any other ideas?  I opened ConfigMagic to take a look at the EPROM, it didn't appear to be corrupt but I don't know what to look for if it was.

It is a v1.0, it use to work fine.  It has a cheapmod installed right now, but I just screwed up the EPROM on it so I am going to yank it, install a homebrew w/Complex Debug and fix it.  I'll probably flash the TSOP after that.  In the end nothing would have changed, maybe leaving it unplugged over night may clear something up??
