Nfs7+ 4979

Backing up my original game on my 1.0 xbox with 4979 on tsop I noticed that the game looses it's audio sync (audio crashes) but the video keeps loading ..
Anybody had these problems?

problem already solved ....downgraded to 4977 and sorted it all out
thought I might as well post this in case anybody else had these issues
