I was thinking about upgrading my bios. Let me list what I know can be dont with bios:
1. change logo color
2. remove animation
3. remove in-game-reset (I hear this is the right thing to do, it couses problems with 2 games, ie matrix revolutions, and evox has had in game reset included for a long time. So by getting bios without IGR you don't actually lose it, but you don't have those problems. Is that how you understand it?)
4. LBA-48 patch (instead of jsut having bios with LBA theres a patch or some shit, that can be applied to any bios???)
Ok, I couldnt find 4979 but I have 4979.06 and 4979.067. I heard .067 has problems. Do you know? Do both already include LBA-48 support?
If I have an xbox with a 120GB and and an xbox with a 250GB drive should I use non-LBA-48 bios on the 120GB? Would it be more stable or have the LBA-48 bios been perfected?
