Bfm M7 Not Fully 1.5 Xbox Compatible. Attn: Ns

Whoever is 'NS' (the signer of the readme.txt for the BFM M7 BIOS), or anyone with insight on the BFM BIOSs, are there any plans of putting out a release of the BFM M7 that is fully compatible with v1.5 Xboxs?

On my 8-23-03 v1.5 xbox with the BFM M7 for example, it will hard freeze whenever I launch games or apps from the HD. This can happen in evox or avalaunch. Using Avalaunch, the launching screen appears and the Xbox status indicator LED goes from green to red for 3 seconds and then back to solid green and nothing ever happens. I am forced to hard reboot.
Could this be due to Focus chip?

When might the next BFM 1.5 compatible (focus compatible?) BIOS be out? Or is there a workaround besides chipping?
