Hi all i have had Slayers cd installed on my xbox for som time now
and wantd to just upgrade the Mediaplayer when i selected it it says it will instal to the C: drive retail but when selecting it it says going to f: which is strange so i did not do it
I looked at my old install but the mediaplayer is installed on the E: drive
now whats going on will it install it in the c: drive or the F: drive
but the older version is on my E: drive i just want to upgrade that bit of software will it just go to the e: drive
?
its an retail harddrive and i am selecting the retail drive option

oh is it worth downgrading from 4977 bios to 4976.02
i just want the eject on open tray option sick of power offs and ons is the bios just as stable as 4977
also will the 4976.02 work on a 1.3 xbox with exe 2.2 lite chip
i have been toled to use the 1mb flash to flash the whole chip is that right
i hope somone can help here
