Error 16 And X-ecuter 4976.02 New Hdd..

one of my friends had this problem when installing a bigger hard drive from the original.. and he couldnt get it to work.. so he prepared the hard drive on some1 else's xbox.. and it worked!!!!!

i aint sure what causes this.. but its probs the bios?
