Bios 4977 Flashing Problem

I installed Xecter 2.2 lite with cromwell bios. Downloaded 4977 and created bios with x2bm (1mb). Created 100mb dummy file and burned to cdrw using nero. Boot Xbox and get message to insert cd. this is what I get.

CD Rom Label My_disc
found Bios UpDate/Bios.bin(1024k)
Unknown flash! Halting

Thanks for looking, would really appreciate some help.
I've installed a couple of Xecuter 2.1 chips without any problems. Flashed them using the 2 cd set, Ozchip and bios.bin but this xbox will not recognize either of these disc.

I ended up using the Evolution X M7 Bois file and it worked the 1st time. I think the copy of Xecuter 4977 was bad (from xbins).

This happens sometimes when trying to flash from cromwell.

I have modded a few XBox's now and I have had a couple do this to me, I think perhaps it is not reading the CD/DVD just "right"

Just keep rebooting until it goes. One of the reboots it will accept it and flash the bios.
