How Do I Reflash The Bios?

Is there a way to reflash the BIOS? I think i might flashed my Executer 2.2 lite plus with wrong BIOS. I put 2x 4978.03 (512k) on it, but I think i should use 4x 4977 instead.

The reason i "think" it is wrong, is because of THIS
