Load Bios With Software?

I have a xbox modded with an xecuter 1 modchip and I'm having issues with new games not playing so I read that there is a bios loading software for the xbox. Which will load a newer bios without having to flash the original bios, so i could use one of the newer x2 bios's that patch media checks. What is this program named?

that'd be the "phoenix bios loader"
and lemme tell ya, it works great :)
