Using Xbtool Color Bios Maker

So I have created my custom colored X logo...etc etc.  I have chosen to turn the animation off, tm's, etc, I have also selected my power up led color as "green" .  Now when I import this preset into XBTOOL it selects my power up led color as red....weird huh?
