what the bios does is patches the games for you
if you cant get a new bios to auto patch your games then you need to manually patch them yourself

u have the av cable plugged in?
as far as im aware thats the only time the xbox flashes yellow/green....


you havnt messed anything up by flashing but maybe u did something else

that means either the bios is bad or the connections on the lpc is bad. try cleaning the connections and gettin a bios off some1 who has tested it.  try using x2 4977 bios, its far better in my opinion.
