I don't know what you're saying...it still resets when you press the eject button?  If so, are you sure you flashed it with 4977 and not 4976 or 4976.02?  I'd recommend using BIOS Checker or checking the hash displayed by EvoX against the list of hashes in the Xbox BIOS forum.
