You can only use hacked halo stuff on system link if the other person's xbox has the exact same hacks on it also.  About the trainer, everybody would be able to get into the trainer menu, and whatever they choose goes for everybody.

Can only play people with EXACT SAME HACKS, same with weapon mod. The game will go outta sync if you play non hacked halo!

AnThRaX is rite, me and my friends modded battlecreek to have shotguns shooting rockets and sniper rifles shooting cannon blasts and tried to host a game on XBC but all it did was kicked out the ppl in our game within like 5 sec of the game starting.one time i was able to pick up a shotgun (shotguns were in place of needlers) and shoot one of the guy b4 the server kicked him but when i asked him if he saw me shooting rockets out of my shotgun at him he said he just saw me shoot a needler..... so i guess that proves it, if u wanna play modded maps and weapons and shit online thru XBC or gamespy or whatever, u gotta be playin against a person with the same modded settings on their own box.....
