No Need For Modchip?

I've heard that the xbox as been totally and completely hacked. So there's no need for modchips any more.
I want to know, is this true? Can I do the same things even without a modchip? Like install the EvolutionX?

it's called the exploit thing...
there are 2 type, gamesave and dashboard...
read all about it in here (click here)
you'll find that some people have successfully do this and most peole don't...
please do your self a very good favor... buy a modchip...

alright, I've read about it now, and I kinda agree with what you're saying. I've been looking into the modchips, and so far I've found the xbit to be the best one around. With it I can flash the bios later if that is nececary, right? What is your opinion about it? I know it hasn't been released yet, but still.
