Yeah, don't create an iso. Burn the bios.bin as a normal file instead of as a image and try it out....remember to add the fluff files and use a CD-RW burned at the LOWEST speed. Gd Luck!

For whatever reason, that method dose not apply 2 newly x2.2 lite plus chips. Also, u have 2 update your cromwell 1.8 to 2.12. and then u have to save the bios.bin file in (ALL CAPS) when using X2 bios manager version 1.1

Anyway, i updated the bios to the metion above bios--and got that 2 install. It took a 504mb dummy file 2 get 2 read.

Another question, is, what the hell won't x2 bios manager recognize x2 4977 bios file? Peace of crap(X2 bios manager) keeps vomiting my x2 4977 file. Maybe there's a D.S.O error--but--who knows'

Gonna try 2 flash with x2 4974--hope it works.

This may sound pretty stupid, but if you downloaded your BIOS and they are a .rar file, be sure you have winrar to unzip them before you try to compile them.
