Will This Work?
« on: March 17, 2004, 03:03:00 PM »

Hey, I've been trying to find a thread that answer this question but couldn't. So I'm just gonna post it. Can you do this?

If I put the 007 hack onto the HD, via memory card, and insert the orignal 007 game and load up the save, theoretically it should go to EvoX Dashboard. Could I then eject the 007 disc, insert one of my backups, and play the game?

All the tutorials I've been reading explain how to get evoX on the xbox permanetly, but that's not what I want (want to play Xbox Live too). Do you have to install all those weird files through FTP, or can you simply just load the gamesave, swap the disc and play the back up?

Thanks for your help, and answers.  <

There is no way to eject the 007 disk and switch disks. If you eject, boom, your xbox resets. Sorry...  <

Thanks for letting me know.

Is there a way to install all the stuff then onto f: drive or e: drive instead of c:/? So Xbox Live can still be played.

I am unable to find a tutorial for this, if there is one mind throwing a link down?

Thanks  <

if you want to still play live, you have to use the audio hack. it's all installed on the E drive so when you boot up your booting to the MS dash and the retail bios. just make sure you do the live 2.0 fix: Live 2.0 after you do that you won't get any more updates and your audio hack will be fine.  <
