the newer x2 bios's have an integrated igr which works alot better than the evox one.your problem with etm is do to the media check which d.6 can't bypass but x2 4976.02 or x2 4977 will

I understand that one line on the game goes over 42 characters and will not play. I can load it on to the hhd just can't play.

What I need to really find out is will the X2_4977 256K flashed on to my Matrix modchip fix this problem?

No, it won't fix the ETM problem - there are other workarounds.

When Scan-C says it will bypass the media check, he means it does it on the fly.  With EvoX D.6, you have to patch each and every new game you backup.

Those long filenames aren't copied over properly, and the consequences aren't evident until you get to the airport, I guess.  I didn't get into the game either, so I'm not sure how large of a portion of the game is playable.  Maybe you quit before you got there, though.
