Heeeelp Tried To Hot Swap Now I Get

OK my friends chip wasn't flashing right with my programmer so i botted up my xbox with my x2 lite chip in.  took my chip out, put his in, turned off flash protect, then flashed it using evox.... the chip erased fine but then froze when it said "flashing bios now" i let it sit there for a good 15 minutes then had no other choice but to turn off my machine.  Now when either chip is in, disabled or on, my system gives me an error 5, you need service crap right after the animation!!!!! i have no idea what to do or what even happened.  please help somebody i'm stumped and now MY system doesn't work

Error 5 means that your HDD is unlocked.  Due to the fact that any reasonably new bios doesn't care, you either flashed it with an old bios or the chip is not working.
