did you get a green led when mouting the chip? If the chip is mounted ok do you see the cromwell linux screen?


Then flash the chip with a cd-rw with an evox or X2 bios..

did you read the manual? did you get a new bios to flash the chip and then rename it as

instructed in the manual? Did you read the tutorials???

Yes I got a green led and no i did not see a cromwell linux screen.  I believe the matrix does not come preflashed with a bios. Yes I read the manuals and the tutorials.  So if my modchip was flashed correctly and without having installed the dashboard yet, my xbox should boot differently?
